Made Waters Landing match aerial imaging

Made the boundary follow open area and added woods

Added parking lot at Cedar Creek Park and aligned outer edge with the park boundary (aerial imagery).

Drew and tagged the wooded area of Camp Seneca. Added the parking area as well. (Using aerial imagery)

Added wooded area to Germantown Square Urban Park and dimensioned park accordingly.

Removed "formerly planned highway alignment" because there are no visible markers on a majority of its path.

Aligned park boundary with Bing overlay

Plumgar Boundary now covers the park area, not the woods

Added woods behind Waring and tagged them (I think) correctly

Apologies for the previous confusion - now trying to make sure the parks around my home are correctly dimensioned/tagged. Actual park is the soccer field and parking lot. I'll come back and tag/trace the wooded area as a separate object
