Fixed the lines on the military area so its properly sealed. It was not rendering correctly on the live map.

This area is mostly residential now and is not exclusively military. It is part of Kapilina Beach Homes. The road leading into the beach homes are not restricted by military checkpoints. However, the area surrounding the beach homes are still military.
