132692279 | over 2 years ago | Hi, please only use the PTv2 tag when the route is fully tagged as according. I have removed the tags for now. |
132660105 | over 2 years ago | Just so you know, last night I updated all of the City Red routes and converted them to the new Bluestar ones (though not all to PTv2). I see you have been redoing some routes, but they have not been up to the PTv2 standard. You can see details here about adding a bus route: osm.wiki/Buses#Adding_a_bus_route_to_OpenStreetMap For examples, see the Unilink U2 route for a PTv2 setup. |
131010900 | over 2 years ago | I am not sure that is designated tactile paving. Could be perhaps something by the kerb manufacturer but even then it is not mentioned at all in the current tactile paving regs. Though saying that, nothing at all is mentioned for bus stops. All I will say is that this example is a clear tactile_paving=yes (I don't have a photo, so a google link will have to do): https://www.google.co.uk/maps/@50.9135746,-1.4902548,3a,48.9y,310.56h,70.09t/data=!3m7!1e1!3m5!1svNuQGJ-xTY7S4-UGT9sstg!2e0!5s20180501T000000!7i16384!8i8192 So for these cases I would recommend applying tactile_paving=no for these kerbstones. They don't look too resistant as well, so perhaps with time the textured surface would wear away. |
131010900 | over 2 years ago | Hi, can you confirm what the tactile paving looked like at these stops, just to make sure you've marked the tag as yes correctly? |
130844589 | over 2 years ago | My mistake, I must have forgot to redraw it after amending the ways of the roundabout. |
130612497 | over 2 years ago | Well at least the toll booth has the correct payment methods still. These individual lane allocations could possibly be re-added with the lanes tag (e.g. payment:coins:lanes=no|yes|yes etc.) |
130612497 | over 2 years ago | The payment info is still there and is tagged on the toll booth building, so not sure what you mean? |
129972330 | over 2 years ago | Are there road signs prohibiting pedestrians from this road? |
130351165 | over 2 years ago | Hi. Don't trust signage all the time. I know of multiple occasions where primary/non-primary signs are incorrectly used. I'd highly doubt that this new short two-way link between two primary (trunk in OSM) routes would be unclassified/tertiary, hence why I changed it when I saw it. It could be part of the A2 instead of the A28 - not sure. Change it to that ref if you feel so. What I do know is it's not both numbers, and not none. The KCC public highways map has not been updated yet so the status and number can't be determined for sure as it stands. Until then, this is probably the best tagging to use. Nathan |
121828231 | over 2 years ago | I am not familiar with the StreetComplete people so please go ahead. The relevant wiki page is here osm.wiki/Key:maxheight |
121828231 | over 2 years ago | My point above still stands so please only tag the way directly below the bridge when you add maxheight tags |
121828231 | over 2 years ago | All motorway bridges should be a default height, only ones that have a low height I can recall are in Leeds. The Max Height Map does not include motorways as roads missing maxheight tags. Nonetheless, you do not add max height tags to the entire road - only tag the way directly under the bridge (see the wiki for more info) |
121828231 | over 2 years ago | Do motorways need maxheight tags? It's implied that the maxheight of bridges on them is default unless stated |
128083279 | almost 3 years ago | Are there signs like this along this section of road prohibiting pedestrians?
|
127199810 | almost 3 years ago | Bus routes should be mapped to PTv2. If they are not, then upgrade them if you know how. Please don't mess around with things if you are going to cause so many other issues. |
127199810 | almost 3 years ago | How and why have you duplicated so many roads along the existing Bluestar 17 route? |
127199810 | almost 3 years ago | You have broken a lot of road segments and introduced multiple errors. Please fix. |
125755269 | almost 3 years ago | Why is Elphinstone Road now all squiggly? |
125288420 | almost 3 years ago | This has and will be in place for a number of years to facilitate the works of HS2. It's more a common name than an official name so if you wish to delete it please do. |
100967137 | almost 3 years ago | Hi, there are indeed no signs prohibiting pedestrians you are correct, on reflection adding such a tag was incorrect. Please edit if necessary. |
