Als iemand lokaal hier survey & updates kan doen: is hier blijkens SatDataPortaal aanzienlijk veranderd. Ik heb wat gedaan nav SatDataPortaal:

This two buildings is one, with one level at marker position.

Aanleg nieuwe Brittenpassage tussen Arnold Schönberglaan/Benjamin Brittenstraat (Z) en Eduard van Beinumstraat (N), is voor 5/7e in ruwbouw klaar.

There is lots of constructio here. But I think this is a pedestrian walkway, not a service road.

Dit deel van het park is een bouwput, fiets- en voetpaden zijn afgesloten.
