Next week I start cycling the 6 or 7 miles to work from Bicester to Upper Heyford.

I notice that there are bridleways leaving Bicester and entering Upper Heyford but am not sure if they are linked or not and if they are open and navigable to somebody on a mountain bike.

Can anyone help me out?
