Confirm that this bus stop still exists?
Have confirmed other "Queens Road" stop, and "Post Office" Stop exist, the latter possibly being a replacement?

This way might be Alresford Road rather than Rectory Hill based on http://www.essexhighways.org/Uploads/TRAF4793_DraftOrder-V1.pdf and naptan:street osm.org/node/474889876 - perhaps find addresses of the properties on this section and check for streetsigns while surveying those.

The place has gone or never existed. This is an auto-generated note from MAPS.ME application: a user reports a POI that is visible on a map (which can be outdated), but cannot be found on the ground. User comments: "the other bus stop with the same name dies exist." (OSM data version: 2016-03-14T15:50:02Z) #mapsme

They've finally added some paint to mark the lanes. Left hand lane is for the first exit, right hand lane is for the second exit.

This is essentially what the Highway Code says but there's often vehicles in the left hand lane taking the second exit and trying to cut you up. /rant.
