It can be seen on street view, its a two way street. Can you clear up your question (Is it a one way street?)

If you look on street view you will see Road does not conect. But you can walk thru.

There is no Airport on top of Mount Williams, We went there last week. It does have a Air navigation transmitter on top of the Mountain. Also Mount Williams is 1167 meters high.
