Which tag shoud the waterway have? River or Stream?

From the WIki:
Use waterway=stream for a naturally-forming waterway that is too narrow to be classed as waterway=river (the commonly accepted rule for OpenStreetMap is that a stream can be jumped across by an active, able-bodied person). A stream need not be permanently filled with water.
In case of varying size or intermittent waterways the distinction from larger rivers based on the above criterion should be made with respect to the high water level.

Vandringsleden "Södra kungsleden" och de andra rutterna som passerar denna privata bro bör flyttas så de får över vadstället vid SÖ Malmagens utlopp istället. Kan någon flytta detta som är bättre på rutter.....

This bridge is private, "Södra kungsleden" shoud use the ford 100m NW at lake Malmagen's SW end.

This house is in the wrong place. It should be left of the "Vigeltvåan" ski lift.

Please note that the bing areal map has a rather big offset in this area (that is different at the bottom and the top of the slopes). I would recommend that all editing in this area is done in editors that can show all available gps traces, and that the areal imagery is repositioned very close to the points beeing edited. Please see: osm.wiki/Using_Imagery for explanations of why the imagry might be wrongly positioned. ("In mountainous or hilly areas imagery will often have non-linear distortions.")
