I found again a new key. You added maxspeed:practicable to osm.org/way/413547252 and other ways in Redfern.

The defined one is
osm.wiki/Key:maxspeed:practical.

Changed it.

das prefix "historic" ist für historische Objekte gedacht. Für veraltete Objekte, sollte man die OSM Lifecycle Prefixe benutzen, siehe osm.wiki/DE:Lifecycle_prefix

Any tags you like ... but best practice is to describe them. Your changeset comment says "the duplicates of the POIs ... are deleted" so I asked myself, why doesn't he delete it?
I would suggest a self explaining tag or changeset comment ("will be deleted in following changeset") to avoid further problems.

Wenn es gelöscht werden sollte, hättest du es doch selbst gelöscht. Wenn es bedingt ist, dann fehlt die Bedingung. Laut Bing Luftbild, "gab" es die Verbindung auch mal.

"proposed" ist laut osm.wiki/DE:Lifecycle_prefix ein präfix und würde dementsprechend vor den Key geschrieben. Also "proposed:cycleway" anstatt "cycleway:proposed"
