I live in the City of Lipa, Batangas (Philippines)

My main editing area is in this city and I rarely edit anywhere else aside from other places I visit.
Need more local mappers in the city, I am the sole maintainer of this bustling city of 400,000 people, documenting every errand, drive, and walk around the city on video for my OSM contributions.

Armchair mappers using Bing Aerial imagery more than welcome, please use the offset below:

[ 2.5, 4.5 ] starting from Poblacion Lipa; except where the imagery cuts at the north.
[ -3.8, -2.9 ] Starting from the inconsistent offset imagery cut at STAR tollway Balete exit.
It continues to this cut at Alaminos-Lipa Road.
This offset has been traced and averaged out using the provided GPS tracks and my personally recorded GPX tracks.

I’ve also made a layer tracing the spliced imagery over here as a downloadable .osm project file
