Is there a particular reason that this part of the "lateral" of Av. Louise is secondary and the other part is residential ? Both are mostly cyclestreet and should be residential IMHO

Service road and more than probably not Place du Chat Botté. (this is the entrance of the garages).

Entrances of building 9 an 10 are here : osm.org/way/138586536 ; i think we should put the name on this "track".

Also no direct road connection to osm.org/way/
