RGB say 21-23 for the housenumber but website say Spoorwegstraat 20 for HQ and BCE/GBO give 23 for local entity (Brink's Groot-Bijgaarden).

Not show number on the fence/entrance , but PolFed block my view ;=)

If this outoor seating exist , it's a veranda completly closed and there's a gap between the wall on Rue d'Irlande and his structure.

It's a new structure not visible on aerial or in mappilary.

(spotted this morning).
