"Welbourn CP" sounds like an unfeasible road name (CP == Civil Parish on some OS maps; is this where the "name" came from?). Needs survey.

Presumably the footpath to the west connects through here somewhere? Also the roads here don't match imagery and OSSV, and there's a one-way road that appears out of thin air.

According to OS OpenData / Bing this boundary and stream are the same thing. Boudary looks good, so possibly needs stream attributes applying, or ways snapped together.
