There are two Tesco Express shops mapped here either side of Santander. Are they both correct? Or are they just two entrances to the same shop? #surveyme

It's currently still present in OSM data. If this is the location, then we should remove the bridge from the map.

There's a path mapped here that passes through several buildings, including the Evesham Registration Office and the Library. Is this correct?

If so, the path could do with having tunnel=building_passage or indoor=yes or something similar to it. See osm.wiki/Tag:tunnel%3Dbuilding_passage .
