Something is not correct here.
Needs checking I'm sure you can walk from pedestrian area at corner of chapel street/king street (opp the flowerpot) and go to the underpass (it curls around I think)
and I can't remember how that with the footpath that links to the chapel street car park.

Needs a closer look. I don't think what is there now reflexes reality.
