Is it right to have from one tower split to 3 lines, or should be from the substation?

Check if buildings with number 483 to 521 has a correct tag addr:street? The road( osm.org/way/32057717/history) front of them has name Hylan Boulevard but addr:street tag on buildings is Steuben Street, it is a error.

Could someone check if these bridges are in construction? I added noexit=yes for now.
