Not sure what to tag this place as unfortunately. It's run by a charity that exists primarily to run activities and outreach to retirees in the Ferring area, so not government or retail. Would appreciate the help. :)

The Regis unfortunately closed in April 2023, so it's likely any restrictions on smoking are not valid. I've seen smokers and non smokers using the tables outside though if that counts!

Alley blocked off with wooden/chipboard 'construction' wall, has had mural painted over. From what I recall the alley was frequented by rough sleepers, so this was likely done by the council to 'wall it off'.

Doesn't appear to be a playground here in the traditional sense, just dining tables for the patio area. However there is a patch of grass surrounding the patio.

Momentum appears to be attached to Valplast as they both have the Valplast logo on their banners. I'm assuming that this may be a corporate office or offers walk-in consultancy.

Valplast appears to be a dental supply company that sells dentures and dental supplies to the industry. Their website implies they may also do consultations or sales to private individuals too. Not sure what category this one falls under!

Parking here is free but there's a max stay of 1 and a half hours. Unsure of whether you can pay to park longer or not. Might need re-tagging, not sure.
