Barrier prevents crossing through, removed road that goes through barrier. Street was labeled 2nd Avenue, switching primary and secondary names.

Road is closed due to construction, caused much grief in my navigation as it wouldn't reroute as the road is marked one way. It's not one way, at least for the purpose of local traffic.
