There is a free parking area here on rough land under the trees between the building to the west (which is a very small church) and a "bandstand" in the north-east corner (not mapped). When parking payment machines were installed along the sea front in 2023 ready for the French holiday season they also put one here - but it seems that this was in error (perhaps because it was not "public land" but instead associated with the church) because by 2024 the machine had been removed. 8-)

There is a toilet unit identical to that in osm.org/node/1385044137/history/3 in this area however I do not have the precise coordinates to place it.

The parking along these two Boulevards is now also "Payent" like that mentioned in "Unresolved note #3856694" (to the south) - the issue about what sort of "fee" is the same in that the fee applies during the day only (until 19:30 - can't recall the start time) - and it applies only during the summer months {well April to October inclusive).

There are access barriers here, both vehicle and pedestrian. The whole road system to the north-east is a private (site) one (20kmh speed limit) and access is not open to the public.

This marks the start/end of a one-way system that proceeds along the south road and goes around the site eventually emerging at the north-east road. There are a couple of alternatives routes where the road forks but they all follow the same direction. The road to the west is two-way.

There is a missing road here - which is important as the road to the north-east and the upper one to the west are BOTH one-way route pointing to this spot - and the exit is the missing (also one-way) road that heads NNW between the buildings and merges with the one-way road NW of here (leaving a short stub at the east end) such that all traffic passing around the one-way system passes this way.

Is this path still closed?

A set of bollards has been installed across the road here such that cars may not proceed along Devizes road. They do not prevent bicycles from passing though.
