Press reports suggest that the Halfords that was here at osm.org/way/223402032 has now closed. What is here now?

There's a gap in the cycle route osm.org/relation/72568#map=19/50.344163/-4.763759&layers=N here, but I suspect that a local might want to check to see if these really are roundabouts (and not mini roundabouts) and if not whether the approaches should be oneway.

osm.org/node/1765363499/history here has a tag "operation=ouvert". What is this trying to indicate (that the generator is available for use by anyone, or that it's ouside the main building, or something else?)

Is Forest Lane here really best described as "unclassified" or perhaps "service"? Needs a resurvey; my recollection (from ages ago) suggests "service". What about the link north?
