Added approximate sqkm value to "Celtic Sea" node. The sqkm estimate came from using https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Locatie_Keltische_Zee.PNG as a guide, trimming that slightly to continental shelf and estimating the area.

There clearly is not a named piece of scrubland called "Mushroom Farm". That name is copied from OSSV, and refers to the former buildings to the north. It is now apparently a residential construction area.
