Two power lines to feed the gold mine, but what about the one apparently going East?

To be honest, this part of the power line (going East) looks very strange. Someone please check - here, and about 1km E (what happens to the 2nd power line?)

Is this the end of the (115kV?) power line from Nam Theun 2, or does it go further (down to Thakhek)?

Three individual power lines seem to become two for less than 1 km to NE from here, at least I cannot see any additional towers. Someone please check: Are two lines (4 systems?) indeed combined into a single one?

This (115kV?) line must have either a continuation (to ~NW), or a termination point (transformer substation?). Who knows some details?
