Remove sections of the Burke-Gilman Trail. Some cycle paths were marked as part of the trail, but in fact are not, as the trail has a famous 1.4 mile gap. I did leave the actual cycle paths intact, I just disassociated them from the trail. (See the map):

Cyclists are not allowed on the inner loop of Green Lake anymore. Cyclists must use the recently repaved outer loop. On the Aurora Ave side, they must use the unpaved footpath near Aurora. Updated bicycles to permissive there.
