Kensington Street is One Way at its Northern end and No Entry signs prevent access from Hill Terrace.

The routing at the first roundabout as you come up (NE) Wern Road to turn Right into The Parrog is wrong. You should simply take the third exit off the first roundabout without involving the second roundabout at all.

This narrow lane from the cross-roads East and South to the A487 is an unsurfaced track (poss a byway) that shouldn't be used except for access. There don't appear to be any legal restrictions, its just completely unsuitable as a short-cut to the main road.
