Added missing information from driving around town - playgrounds, petrol stations, exercise area, the wreckers i noticed on Saturday

Happened to notice the Osmose issue complaining about two names - Adjusted the plus in the name to an ampersand to match the other half of the store

Added two more stores, also updated tag:name of fire station from just "warragul" to "warragul CFA" as map is confusing if the building is just labelled "warragul".
