Unclear what's going on with the roads and train lines around this area

I believe road alignment here is off (slightly to the east). Have taken a new GPS trace which furthers my suspicions.

Maxar imagery is most up to date and shows these roads, but misaligned by default.

Footpath here is tagged as surveyed, but does not appear in 2011 imagery and appears to cross directly across a recreation ground.

Not impossible that a footpath was added and pitches removed, but I suspect this may not be a physical footpath.
