The place has gone or never existed. A user of Organic Maps application has reported that the POI was visible on the map (see snapshot date below), but was not found on the ground.

Nägele Berufsbekleidung wurde vor ein paar Monaten wegen Geschäftsaufgabe geschlossen (auch wenn das Schild noch hängt). Momentan befindet sich dort eine Flüchtlingsunterkunft.

Ein Durchfahren / Überqueren der Gleisanlage ist ZU KEINER Zeit möglich! Die Straße "Am Fliegerhorst endet dort in einer Sackgasse.

shop=rotary_iron ? What is the meaning of that shop value? What kind of services or products are sold here? Is anything from osm.wiki/Key:shop fitting? Maybe new value needs to be invented? Maybe this data is wrong and there is no shop here? Maybe it is not a shop but something else?

shop=fruit ? Maybe shop=greengrocer was intended? If they truly sell solely only fruit then maybe extra tag like greengroce=fruit would be better? If they sell also vegetables then osm.wiki/Tag:shop%3Dgreengrocer is definitely better.

But maybe another shop tag would fit better?
