University Pardubice: edited area amenity=university, added tags to some parking sites.

University Pardubice: created area amenity=university for the main University campus in Polabiny, edited few building tags (needs more work), added/moved parking nodes. Joined and ortogonized the menza (uni canteen) building. No relation yet.

Added tags and moved point for tennis courts, added point for soccer pitch in the ZŠ Pouchov sports area.

Added name tag to the post office building.

Few oneway tags added (roads split as needed), street names and the name of the ZŠ Pouchov basic school.

Changed some speed limits, which caused nav apps to choose path over the roundabout rather than the straight one under it. More work needed at this though.

Moved point depicting Uniresity aula, since aula occuppies only half of the building. Moved the second point and tagged it as Uni library, so that both points reside approximately in the center of the appropriate part of the building.

Faculty name shortcut added after the University name.

Fixed Faculty of chemical technology building shape. The prvious version was based on orthophoto with the building in construction, resulting in several shapes where it should be one.

Adress point fixed. The house with original address was destroyed and new built, with different number.

Added two playgrounds and tennis courts as points.

Had to reposition buildings added via QGIS OSM plugin and add tags.

I had to delete nodes I previously created using QGIS OSM plugin, because they appeared as just points instead of areas and I was not able to fix it here.

Deleted the reservoir which no longer exists. The area is now flat and contains water disperzer for refreshment instead of the reservoir. I will put a POI instead, if applicabe.
