Their building a Chick-fil-A in the cafeteria (were they serve the food). Service is still available since it’s just part of the food serving area, but the menu is reduced. All the normal setting area is still available. I’ll comment more details when they are made available or I find them.

the parking lot geometry here seems to be wrong

the geometry of the various wooded areas overlap a bit and should not, they should either be one area of multiple, but they shouldn't overlap. the issue, is this is a military area so I dont know the legality of editing in the area as a us citizen.

Is their a weir here, I ask because usually when a track (or other road of some sort) crosses a canal, stream or other water path (in the parts of Miami Dade I've seen) there is a weir there.

the tagging (other than address information might be from google since in the source tagging it has a google URL as seen in osm.org/node/6035378943/history and https://pewu.github.io/osm-history/#/node/6035378943. ( the Van Orsdel Funeral & Cremation Services). also as a note, I can confirm that this is a real business in that building since I drive by often.
The question then becomes, what do we di with it, do we revert it back to the point were it was only a address (the bad information was added in changeset 112848334) and then added what ever information can be surveyed back (something id be willing to do myself (the surveying for extra information since I dont know how to use the revert bots). is there a different way this should be handled.
