From what I can tell this construction has completed, I’m not certain but from driving by it seams to have completed, proper surveying would be needed to confirm, the satellite imagery has not updated yet.

3 new houses here, not 100% certain the construction is complete because when driving bye on Southwest 248th Street they look complete but I have not seen from inside the neighborhood or looked anywhere else, this is from outside observation purely. They should be roughly aligned with the addresses already mapped. They are not on the arial imagery either.

the geometry of the coast here seams off since the water enters the marina on imagery but this is not shown in the geometry of the coast or mapped as a body of water, also the website listed seams to be down.

no clue what the rest of the names of these roads are, or were exactly the rest of the stop signs are

I can confirm that the street side parking is there (it's the brownish gray with white lines along side the road on the Bing imagery) I'm just not sure that I got the tagging correct. (on Southwest 82nd Avenue)
