There's two But First Coffee branches on this same main road on OSM, which isn't the case irl from what I remember the last time I went to BF (and it doesn't make business sense anyways). The other one is node:10588765316, next to the Rapidé building.

...Which one is real? Is it a case of the cafe moving to another leasing building?
