Ни в коем случае нельзя проставлять maxspeed с "нештрафуемым порогом"! Это может ввести в заблуждение водителей, тем более не местных. На этой дороге maxspeed=RU:motorway

На участке шоссе "дорога для автомобилей" maxspeed не может быть RU:motorway так как это не автомагистраль и значение явное, то есть надо ставить maxspeed=110. То же самое на участке где знак 90; надо ставить maxspeed=90

Surely you can’t make a u-turn right before a roundabout since it’s safer to do it via the roundabout? Same for arms exiting the roundabout. Feel free to delete the relation.

Thanks for fixing it, there are big light poles in the area but they don't reach all the pitches I guess
