It seems that for all intents and purposes of maritime navigation a pair of closely-laid pipelines is consedered as a single one and is mapped as such (here's an example of how how this pipeline is displayed on an electronic navigational chart: https://webapp.navionics.com/?lang=en#boating@8&key=uexnGcprfF). I believe that it would be better to leave displaying twin pipelines to the rendeder similarly to how OpenInfraMap displays multi-circuit power lines rather than to map them as separate ways. The exception would be the case where a separate set of coordinetes is found for each of the pipes.

As for the Blue Stream as it has been constructed in 2005 it's going to be much more difficult to find the coordinates online. I'd start by looking looking for an old archive of 2005 Admiralty Notices to Mariners and then examining the Black Sea area section.

For the most of its length TurkStream consists of a pair of pipelines laid side by side together which is indicated by the tag [count=2] and which is also stated on the official site of the pipeline: https://turkstream.info/project/. The "loop" part is where the two pipelines diverge from each other to later reconnect near the russian territorial water border.

The toponym itself as a rule should not be translated (for example Oxford is still Оксфорд in Ukrainian and not Bychii Brid/Бичий Брід) - only the street suffix is to be affected which is also somewhat debatable.

А навіщо об'єднувати квартали в одну лінію? Там можуть відрізнятись тип та якість покриття, наявність тротуарів тощо. У разі доповнення інформації через той же Street Complete все одно різати доведеться.
