Fixed a few mistakes on address tagging of POIs pointed out by #osmose

Added a motor_vehicles=no tag to all the trails in Thomson Nature Park as they are all foot only. Also added the house number for several landed properties on the other side of the road.

Updated the part of Old Upper Thomson Road that goes by the back of Thomson Nature Park. It has been a one-way road since July 2018 to make space for the Park Connector. Merged some parts of the road as they were segregated.

Reshaped Zhong Shan to a more accurate geometry according to OneMapSG. Relocated some of the POIs to match their position inside. Deleted the drive-through that crossed Ibis Hotel because it did not make any sense, it is the entrance to a garage.

Further completion of Thomson Nature Park. New additions or modifications are welcome. Added a stream that runs throught the area. Added surface to those ways that I had noted. Parking area and car access not mapped yet due to lack of updated imagery.

Added new footpaths in the new Thomson Nature Park. Shapes are based on a first survey and gps trace. Please correct as you deem necessary. I will be adding surface for some of the tracks from my notes in the following days.

Corrected 3 errors detected by #osmose. Deleted spam. Added one restaurant and updated another.

Added a lot of house numbers to the area of Balestier and Novena. Refined the shape of a few buildings.

Malay Heritage Centre had two names. Moved "Istana Kampong Glam" to alt_name

Updated Istana Kampong Glam as it was mixed with the Malay Heritage Centre. Tagged the compound grounds as Istana Kampong Glam with historic=castle and castle_type=palace, removed the building tag. Named the building itself as Museum. Open to discussion

Segregating landed houses in Lentor Crescent. Deleted entrances with house numbers to avoid duplicities.
