Was the name of this neighbourhood changed recently or is it still known as Westerly Hill?

Is this actually where Mayfair is located? As per the user feedback, Mayfair that is currently in OSM is located in Cotswold area. Would be great if someone could confirm this and update the map if necessary.

Somewhere around here I have seen the intersection of Spring Street and James Alexander Way. Could a local mapper see if this area is mapped correctly?

Can someone confirm if the left half is now Hickory Ridge Middle School? Thanks.
