Downgrade NY-454 to primary west of the NSP terminus. The trunk route here only makes sense going east, for cars continuing on after exiting the parkway.

Downgrade NY-110 and NY-231 to primary, with expressway=yes if applicable. These routes are not as good for long distance travel as the nearby parallel motorways, so they shouldn't be at the motorway/trunk level.

Downgrade Hempstead Turnpike to primary. This road is not suitable for long distance travel.

Work on classification of minor roads
