The place has gone or never existed. A user of Organic Maps application has reported that the POI was visible on the map (see snapshot date below), but was not found on the ground.

on the north side of this road, a sidewalk/bicycle sidepath us being constructed, currently the land is being graded the whole way along. On the south side, there is a completed and new looking sidewalk/bicycle sidepath that isn't (afaik) on the map. The construction on the north side is likely to mirror the path on the south side.

Someone able to survey this: is the REI the full building or is it a retail space with leases on it? The Anthropologie node here is throwing me off, but I know for pretty certain that an REI exists here.
