Add some more paths to Bechtel Park. I have personally travelled these this year

Remove foot=no tags on Fountain Street. This road is the same as all other country roads in the area which are runnable/walkable on a shoulder. Maps that use this data to plan running routes are saying this route is not traversable when that is not true.
