Used the reference listed in https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/249185477 the best I could but could not find how to set the Office:government tag and operator.

A bicycle area I see when walking home. Over the summer there is lots of activity.

Some footpaths added in the area. It is my walk to school.

Added tree that looks small on Bing Maps but the tree is quickly growing and is currently a land mark in the Village green. It is the designated Christmas tree for the area.

This has been discussed with OSM-GB and in the tag:tree of the wiki

This is a test to help the council label the trees in petersham woods. An array of trees are planned to be set in the area with un-important names such as PCW-tree1, PCW-tree2
