It appears that you realigned a large number of objects in this changeset. Please check if imagery is offset from actual position by using a GPS before making these sorts of changesets over a large area.

I am pretty sure that the Highway 12 designation goes a bit south of Highway 407 and that there is a Highway 12 ends sign posted a bit south of there (or was before the 407 opened). Has this changed?

I have used the "Mapbox Satellite" imagery to improve the accuracy of this playground. I recommend that you use this imagery in the future as it is from 2015 and is the newest imagery available in York Region and Toronto.

Not yet. The highway will open at approximately 2am on June 20. This changeset has been reverted. Please do not change it back until the highway is officially open

Does this traffic detector actually exist?

You can still u-turn eastbound because there is no sign saying that you can't. This no left turn relation is not needed because the oneway=yes on the offramp from the 400 ramp implies this.
