Hello, I noticed you added a lot of suspicious things, such as buildings, mountains, streams and pathways in the middle of the ocean, what is the source for these? osm.org/way/534200057#map=17/1.22481/103.64025

You also broke some roads (such as osm.org/node/1361159700#map=19/1.31586/103.85462) . OpenStreetMap is not for pretend data, but real, verifiable things on the ground. These don't match imagery or any search results I can find.
