I reverted merging POI and buildings - osm.org/changeset/46161335

Hi,
Thank you for your attention to a state of the map at this location.
It was my fault. One of the reasons that this could cause is that the POI has address tags, which together with other tags are automatically transferred to the newly created building footprint when the house is plotted over POI using `buildings_tools` plugin in JOSM. So, I'll revert this POI to its previous state.

It would be great if you help me to find and fix similar issues around.

Якщо у вас є бажання додавати назви до об'єктів в ОСМ різними мовами, особливо, як зауважив mavl, в місцевостях де вони не використовуються, розгляньте більш конструктивний напрямок вашої діяльності, а саме додавання до об'єктів ОСМ посилання на них у Вікіпедії та у Вікідата.

Велике прохання, будь ласка, користуйтесь програмами перевірки правопису перед тим як надсилати ваші дописи (в коментарях до правок, чи на форумі); якщо ви пишете текст різними мовами - не робіть з нього суржик, використовуйте одну мову як основну, інші для цитування; намагайтесь зробити те що ви написали зрозумілим для інших - не перетворюйте це на "потік свідомості" - прочитайте ще раз перед тим як натиснути “Submit”, можливо щось доведеться підправити; не поспішайте вас ніхто не підганяє, дійте та пишіть розмірковано.

PPS Скоріш за все під ДВЛ ви мали на увазі DWG (Data Working Group), чи не так? Будь ласка, не вигадуйте нової термінології замість тієї, що вже широко використовується спільнотою. Якщо ви писали до DWG - вважайте що mavl розглянув ваше звернення, бо він є одним з учасником цієї робочої групи.

PPPS І на останок, виділіть трохи часу щоб ознайомитись з принципами існування ОСМ, бо схоже що ви не до кінця їх усвідомлюєте та плутаєте з іншими проектами (схоже що ви плутаєте саме з принципами роботи та адміністрування у Вікіпедії), тут все по іншому.

I've spoted that you added new buildings for this area. Could you please make them orthogonal (when it needed) using `Q` shortcut in JOSM.

According to http://www.avval.ir/tos you need to ask permission from First Book for using their map for mapping.

You need to apply to the First Book in order to get permission to use their map for mapping in OSM, and you should refrain from using their map until you get permission from them.

In the meantime, You need to try to make survey on the ground together with the other member of your mapping community and create best map; find other free sources of information.

Why did you remove name:en and transfer it to name tag? name: <lg> tag is specially designed for names in different languages. Could you consider to restore name: en tag?
