This running track is mapped as a multipolygon but somehow got triplicated in osm.org/changeset/115375123 (tags added to both ways as well)

Is this slip road still here? It's visible in some of the imagery layers and not others; hard to tell which is more up to date.

Village Inn Cafe doesn't seem to have any connection to the brand it was changed to in osm.org/changeset/117853900
