You could ask them following the instructions at https://support.strava.com/hc/en-us/articles/216917777-How-do-I-contact-Strava-Support- and https://support.garmin.com/en-US/ respectively. They ought to consider through-routing down an access=private roadway as a bug, imo. They can't assume any individual user has permission to be there. |
