Tagged this demolished (former convention centre) but realised it could actually be only disused

Check if these two buildings are joined, they look to be from my survey photos.

Also check facade colours.

At time of survey (20140705), this seemed unopened but sign said it was Trudy's Groovy Eyewear Emporium, New Regent St website at http://newregentstreet.co.nz lists this in its directory, so may now be open.
