What I did in OpenStreetMap in August 2021 | still amazed by how much some people can do! thanks Amanda for everything you do. “Mapping Party Before After” seems a great tool, I hope someone could provide this as a service (but no idea how much bandwidth or infrastructure it would cost). Just a wish, not a requirement :) |

Community Consultation - Etiquette Guidelines and Moderation for OSM /OSMF | @Nordøk: you have absolutely no edit, no comments etc. Are you even a mapper? As a newbie (welcome by the way), it might be smart of you to take time to learn how the OSM community works, before making assumption that the only way to contribute to the OSM project is editing the map. |

JOSM.de gendert nun also schon im Hauptmenü.

Deriving River Network using QGIS,SRTM and OpenStreetMap | It seems a really promising process. Do you have some illustrations for it? Following the remark of Heinz_V, it would nice if you could extend your method to a check of the direction of already mapped streams. |
I made a map! | It’s good to have different patterns for the trails so it’s still distinguishable either if the map is printed in color or black&white. @Zverik: I agree, maybe adding the forest area as a slightly darker would be enough (just make sur it’s still ok in b&w, maybe a dotted pattern would be better than a filled one) I would also add an arrow to indicate the North as the map is rotated and a graphic scale. |
I made a map! | It looks much better :) If you used OSM data to create the map, you should probably credit it on the map. |

Map Validation at Facebook | Any idea of why France has so much more issues in the Atlas Check than the rest of the world? |
Inclusion in OSM | Thank you to remind us of these importants issues. Providing low bandwith access should be in the to-do-list of every OSM online event. It is also a relevant to lower our ecological impact. |
tracking changes | if your area isn’t too big (something like 15x15km) you can create a RSS feed for a specific area with : https://resultmaps.neis-one.org/osm-change-tiles |

Amusement park modifications | Great work! There is some usefull tools from Pascal Neis to know who is mapping around you: |
Begining of a mountain of a task | thanks Spiregrain for the Cadastral Layer tip! I’m so glad to discover it (and a little sad that I didn’t learn about it sooner…) It seems that there is a quarterly challenge from OSMUK to map all buildings. You can add the hashtags #ukqp to your changesets |
Begining of a mountain of a task | Enjoy your task! JOSM commands A and X will be your best friends :) It’s great to see our own efforts changing the maps. |
Indoor rooms | The main other tool to render the indoor mapping is indoor= For example this university in Japan |
It’s Easier To Contribute to OSM’s Website Now | @mmd: good news, I didn’t realize it wasn’t translated before and thought it was because of the change @migurski made that something bugged. sorry that I raised a non-existent problem. |
Give me advices | Hello, I added a few comments to some of your changesets, I hope it will help you |
