Yes, historic=wayside_shrine has a problem (and deserves entry at osm.wiki/Counterintuitive_keys_and_values )

But building=wayside_shrine has anyway own - building=* denotes building structure, not its use.

For example original wayside shrine that was deconsecrated and now hold AED then it is building=wayside_shrine
