This Roundabout is not entered as a roundabout. Is this not a roundabout? I think there are some that are not.

Why is there access=no and conditionally yes. Also the data seems a bit weird. Could somebody check if this is the actual value for this street?

As far as I am concerned, motorcycles are not allowed on this street. It would be nice if someone could check.
