It's possible but unlikely, but I'm guessing that osm.org/way/38424181/history doesn't really have a _name_ of Stepping Stones.

From the number of FHRS entries here, this road is presumably a shopping street. That being the case, a ground survey to map more of the individual shops would be good. #surveyme

When heading NNW on the A4058 sat navs will route a R turn but this junction is no right turn. You have to continue to the roundabout and come back heading SSE and make a L onto the B4278 on a slip road that isn't shown on your map.
