shop=whiskey ? Maybe shop=alcohol alcohol=whiskey would work well, indicating that shop sells primarily this alcohol? Having separate shop types for sake, whisky, cider, beer, wine, red wine etc etc seems a poor idea while cascading tagging still provides full info for anyone interested while providing also top-level basic info for someone wanting 100 shop types rather than 10 000.
